I've been involved in the coffee business for over 5 years as a cafe owner, market trader, home roaster and most importantly as a customer. Wherever I went, I discovered incorrect training, or worse, none at all. I launched this site to point cafes needing help in the right direct and promote those with exceptional coffee and service.
