I've been involved in the coffee business for over 5 years as a cafe owner, market trader, home roaster and most importantly as a customer. Wherever I went, I discovered incorrect training, or worse, none at all. I launched this site to point cafes needing help in the right direct and promote those with exceptional coffee and service.
I think it's important to note that I don't run this site to make money, it's a service. It's also community based, anyone can contribute or comment, so it's not just my voice being heard.
